best twitter follow and facebook like buttons?

I am having trouble finding some good facebook like and twitter follow buttons for my blog http://www.singledudetravel.com. I don’t like the offers direct from facebook and twitter. They don’t seem to format well and they seem to cause an unsightly and unnecessary bottom scroll bar (at least in Firefox they do).

I would like a “Like” button or badge for my fan page. I think the one that i have doesn’t look great.

I would also like a 1 click to follow twitter button but the one twitter offers really formats badly – it’s too wide. It also causes the scroll bar.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

I also would like some “friend me” buttons for myself and the other blog authors. Anybody know where to that? I found a badge but it doesn’t have an “add me as a friend” button which is what I really want. I want to encourage readers to friend us.
