This might be a FAQ, but I can't see it in the FAQs so here goes anyway. I'm going to use WP 3.1 to put a site I run (http://www.eurocall-languages.org) into a CMS, and have had some pretty useful tips from folks on here already in a CMS-related thread (especial thanks to Mike Schinkel).
What I'm after knowing is: what are the best themes to use to build a CMS? This'll be subjective, of course, but I'm looking for flexibility and adaptability such that I can wrangle the CSS and the interface as I want, and an early candidate looks to be Constructor with Semiologic a possible (though this looks to have a bit of a learning curve to climb). A search for 'cms' in the Themes Directory brings up a pageful of hits, most of which look worth trying. However, I do this site in my spare time so I don't have too much spare time available for kissing frogs, so suggestions and recommendations from the WP community would be welcome.
Thanks in anticipation :o)
Cheers
Fred
