   Not really sure if this will answer your question, but try using a plug-in called buddypress with a buddypress friendly theme. You can read more about buddypress here.

   but buddypress like social network I dont need social network I want simple that user store only personal information, nobody can see other user information.

   Ohh ok I guess I misunderstood your question. Sorry but I don't know any plugins or themes that do what you are looking for.
