I had an issue with the rating stars not showing up on one of my laptops running Chrome. It worked with other browsers, not Chrome. I tried everything including running my website on another computer running Chrome. It worked there. I was in the support blogs looking for answers when Vova Feldman came on a chat screen and asked to help. He stayed with me until he fully understood what was happening and told me he would have to have it run through the techs to get it resolved. I though, yeah, heard that song before.
Long story short, he responded within a short time with a fix, I applied it and now everything works great. If there were a way to give a + to the 5 stars, I would. Highly recommend this plugin, it works as stated and the support is outstanding.
