Best solution to Multi-language website?

    Hello everyone,

    I’m going to publish my own website soon but I need a suggestion.
    Situation: There will be four languages for static pages, English, Turkish, French, Greek.

    Two languages for blog content: English and Turkish.

    So, French and Greek pages will show their static texts in their own languages but blog will have to be in English.

    Under this condition, how should I approach this? How many WordPress and databases should I be using?
