   I need to create a few posts with video files (FLV & MP4) embedded, but when using the Insert/Edit Embedded Media function in my WP posting screen I just get a blank square where the video should be. Doubled-checked the linked video address and it is correct.

   Do I need to install a 3rd party plugin for this? Any suggestions for what works best?

   There is a very nice plugin ZLV player I use, try it out.

   I've tried that one, unfortunately when attempting to play FLV files I get a Buffering 0% status that never advances...
