   In reference to recent algorithm changes in Google search, can anyone help to provide the best:

   (1) robots.txt
   (2) .htaccess

   so that I can get best SEO and get rid of duplicate content.

   Also any code for including into header.php so that the Google and other Robots access only right page and Google do not penalize.
