Best Registration Plugin?

    For WordPress, what would be the best registration plugin to accept CC’s but not actually charge right away until the person registering for a class shows up (those that don’t cancel within 24 hrs are charged if a ‘no show’)?

    What all does a client need to do to set up an account?
