   How to accomplish the following?

   5 static pages showing their respective posts.
   Each with a sidebar reflecting subpages of this page as well as blog category with the same name.

   I.e. the section "Downloads" has subpages:
   Terms of use
   Licence

   Sidebar should also keep track (menu highlighting) of the post category with the same name ("Downloads") with the following subcategories:
   PDF
   XLS
