   Hello,

   In regards to uploading an image, such as a Twitter icon, is it better to upload to public_htlm or somewhere in a WordPress folder or is it simply a matter of preference? Are there pros & cons to each?

   Hi,

   It is simply a preference but always upload the image related to wordpress in the wordpress directory..i suggest here:

   domain.com/wordpress/wp-contents/uploads.

   Is there some benefit to uploading an image or file to be used by my WP site in, for example, /wp-contents/uploads as opposed to uploading to public_html?
