there are many - and it depends on the theme of your site, your "niche"... that's what makes some better than others.

i use clickbank (affiliate links) and text-link-ads in addition to my adsense ads and do okay... but it truly depends on your niche, your site design, your ad placements, a whole bunch of factors... some sites i have do TLA better than others, and same for clickbank and google - you're going to have to figure it out for yourself, ya know?

    "Best Pay-Per-Click Ads for WordPress"

Restating the obvious, but wouldnt it follow that your particular site dictates that, not the piece of software that you use to run it?

Thats like asking people what the best clothes to wear to work are..

    how tedious.

I got a couple ideas for you. First of all, Google Adsense is great, go with that. Also try Ebay Affiliate program (they display relevant items for sale, which you get commissions on if they sell, not exactly pay-per-click) Also, AllPosters.com give you commisions on sales directed from your site, and will display relevant posters. Just a couple thoughts. BUt I am actually having trouble figuring out how to add this to my WP page? like under the META and LINKS right? But how?
