How about CTRL+PrintScreen. You can paste the capture in Paint, Photoshop, or any photo editing software. Crop it the way you want and save it. If you want just a screenshot of an individual window use ALT+PrintScreen. Why install extra programs when you already have the tools on your computer?
The 2 tools I posted above will capture long screens – url2bmp will capture a screen 5000px (or more) long for instance – whereas PrtSc just grabs the visible window.
