“Contextual Related Plugin” is very useful for me as I have many categories and loads of posts.

I found searching a topic from my site difficult and discovered that the same plugin author has “Better Search” plugin.

The admin panel gives options of where you do not want to display, excerpts or no excerpts.

The technical support is prompt.
