   Any suggestions on what is the most best/comprehensive starter theme using Paul Irish's HTML5 Boilerplate as a foundation? I am looking for a bare-bones theme that would be great for launching into theme development. Any suggestions and why would be much appreciated!

   Have a look a this one.
   It's the one I'm using after some research:

   Boilerplate
   A theme by Aaron T. Grogg (based on HTML 5 Boilerplate).
