Best configuration for a wp portfolio company site (with blog)

Hi there,

Just completed the site innovimedia.com, but it is loading very slowly.

I know that I would have to install a caching plugin.

But can someone help me out and tell me what are the best setting options for such a website?
Or if there is any other methods to increase the speed of the site.
