• Yes, I see the hosting section of wordpress. http://wordpress.org/hosting/

But – I as I said in my last post…I am looking for something cheap, like under 9 dollars. (That is not bluehost or Hostgator)

Some people already use the ones they can afford, of the suggested!!!

With google you need to space your websites out. (as you know, I am sure) When you have many websites, this becomes a problem. I can imagine a moderator, may not know what I mean, but… sometimes when you have 20 websites, you need more then 1 or 2 IPs, when you are using wordpress websites, as part of your business.

Even so, that link gives 4. What about hosting companies #5, 6, 7. etc

    Who are they?

So that link DOES NOT answer my question; has anyone have any luck with the other typical hosting companies that are cheap?

Again… besides hostgator and bluehost THAT ARE AFFORDABLE. These 2 work great for me, but they are maxed out, so I am in secondary mode, but dont want to pay $20 per.

    Thanks guys!!!

(Last post was pulled and is seemed odd, I hope this isnt pulled or I would start to be worried)

    Thanks again!!!

    Quoting the quotable Esmi:

I’m sorry but, due to the amount of spam that they attract, we do discourage posts asking for host feedback and close any such topics immediately. Have a look at some of the WordPress recommended hosts or search the forums for recommendations.

So, yes these posts get zapped and/or closed.

Reopening to address this – No you don’t. You can have all your sites on one IP and google doesn’t give a hoot. If they did, Shared Hosting would be out of business. If you’re buying 10 hosts at $9 a pop for your sites, save money. Get a nice VPS. Pay extra for another IP if it’s that big a deal, but you’ll save money and get more bang for your buck.

OMG, its like I am in pre-school.

First thing, if these posts attract spam, why dont you delete the spam. you seem to be overly protective anyway, I doubt you guys MISS ANYTHING.

As far as hosting…I know what I can do, I am TELLING YOU what is best for google. Not because I read alot, because I A-B websites. So if you have not, no offense, but… frankly your not qualified to give your OPINION about what works for google. I have A-B’ed it.

Have you? I can share my results. Can you?

So feel free to delete this… before it attracts spam and you HAPPEN to miss it. (doubtfull, you guys dont let normal stuff go, so I doubt you’ll let spam go for 45 seconds even, lol)

Crazy. I ask for additional hosts not recommended and this is what I get. Know it all WordPress mods. lol Who are ALSO experts in google. lol

Really? Nothing written here was even remotely like that.

Know it all WordPress mods. lol Who are ALSO experts in google. lol

They’ve successful web sites and that speaks more about SEO than anything else. Also you’re talking about SEO goofy magic and frankly, it just doesn’t work the way you’ve described.

The advice here is freely offered and you can accept it or not. But if you really want assistance in something then you’ll need to follow the rules and play nicely with the others here.

So you think your so smart too?

I do have an artificially inflated opinion of myself, yes.

Note, you didn’t actually write that last one, I’m just trying to be proactive here. 😉

Sorry about the knee-jerk closing of posts. It’s a signal to noise ratio, and I reopened this so you could talk about the important aspect of your request, not the request for hosting. You’re welcome, by the way.

I am TELLING YOU what is best for google. Not because I read alot, because I A-B websites. So if you have not, no offense, but… frankly your not qualified to give your OPINION about what works for google. I have A-B’ed it.

    You’re still incorrect.

And you have no idea what my credentials are, so I don’t know why you think I’m not qualified to offer advice, but you’re certainly welcome to disregard it all you want.

There’s absolutely no penalty having two domains pointing to the same IP as long as you’re not trying to gain extra rankings with the various domains. I could easily see a poorly setup A/B test, where content is identical, causing an accidental downtick in SERP due to the duplicate content penalty, but if done correctly that shouldn’t happen.

Also there’s no such word as ‘alot.’

    Ipstenu,

That was nice and thanks for re-opening this so you could say your point and correct my spelling. That was oh so nice. So yeah thanks by the way.

Sorry for the bad spelling. I am not a reader and I think that’s obvious.

The flip side of that… What I am, is a “do-er”. I do things, in real life.

Its cool, I don’t care if you totally miss my point and you think because you see tech words like IP and A-B you know what I mean. If you have time to mod here, (my opinion is) then you are not at the level, which I need advice from. I personally am not at that level. And thats why I seek advice on things I am not 100% certain about, when it comes to google. But since you know, cool.

This is my question (which I dont need answering anymore).

But I am willing to teach you, if you want.

I doubt anyone that is a mod, on wordpress would be able to help me, I just wish I could get opinions on wordpress’ speed and effectiveness on say the top 10 second tier hostings, without breaking down the Berlin wall. But I will do it myself.

I simply bought 3 separate hosting packages and put up 3 separate websites and I’ll see myself.

So, like that old saying goes, you want something done, do it yourself.

Feel free to correct my spelling. I am going.

Deleted personal commentary post about me. Not the place for it.

If you have time to mod here, (my opinion is) then you are not at the level, which I need advice from.

    Have a nice day then.
