   help every day i am loaded with comments such as the following i have put themn in spam but they return each day. can i block this what should i do?

   Akismet perhaps?

   If there are consistent terms showing up you could block them or block the IP. Look in wp-admin->Settings->Discussion, toward the bottom. Just be careful what you put it there. You don't want to block too much-- that could be especially problematic with IP address.
