Can you FTP or use CPanel to get into your server and remove the plugin?

This should get you started on setting up FTP -

Well you could contact your hosts and if they are real nice, they may go in and delete the folder for JUST BBPress..

Then you need to learn how to use FTP from the link above or use MT knowledge base to learn how to use their Plesk panel to get into your site and remove the BBPress Folder. Just take a breath and read and do it..you will be so happy to know how to do such a thing.

Once you get into your server space (your domain root) you will look for
    wp-content (double click to open)
    then
    plugins (double click to open)
then highlight the BBPress folder and delete

Hopefully then you should be able to get back into your site.

I don't use Filezilla, but there should be a delete button somewhere in the window you are in.. maybe a right click on the folder ??

oh god, I've done it - I followed this post but followed the advice from the first chaps comments about renaming the plugin folder (as I couldn't delete it) - then that deactivated all of my plugins and gave me access to my WP dashboard - I then went to the plug in folder and deleted that damned BBPress forum and reactivated all my other plugins - and then went back and renamed the plugin folder to what it was originally in the FTP - gosh I'm a computer whizz now! Really needed that stress on a Sunday night! Thank you all sooooooooo much for your help and patience. Joanne xxx
