Do I need to have BBB installed privately on a server for the plugin to work?

The intend for this plugin is to allow the creation of basic landing pages for BigBlueButton. BuddyPress is not in the original path. We haven’t ever tried.

And yes, you must have access to a BigBlueButton server somewhere. Either if is your own or if it is a shared one.
The one you can access by default is a server freely provided by Blindside Networks for testing purposes. You can use that one, but keep in mind that it shouldn’t be used for production.

There has been 1.6 million downloads of buddypress… Would you contemplate trying? That’s where communities are in wordpress, that can use BBB…

Wow, I had good timing for a change. This is exactly what I was wanting to ask and what I need but I would also add that we are using multisite and I would like each site owner to be able to conduct their own lessons…is this possible and what is required? I saw the set up video and it would be much to hard to for my users – they are tech people. They really need something more like filling in forms and clicking. Thanks! I am super excited I found you guys! This is awesome!!
Oh and one other thing…it would be really cool if it integrated with some of the more popular event plugins (ie events manager)
