bavotasan.com – Arcade Theme – wp-signup.php

With the Arcade Theme, for the homepage it makes the image full screen, but when you go to another page, the image shrinks. This is the action that I expect, however in the wp-signup.php page, it shows as full screen as well. How do I get it show the wp-signup.php page without stretching the header image?
