I have installed a new theme with a narrower width. All of my images were inserted as "medium" to accommodate my old width, but are now too wide.
Is there a way to batch resize all of the images inserted into my posts to accommodate the new, smaller width?

i ran this script, but it didn't adjust the dimensions of "medium" photos already inserted into all of my posts.
Did you change the images sizes in Settings->Media first?

yes, but it didn't alter the html embeds for all of the images already inserted into posts

I have the same problem and need to get all my pictures resized to fit the updated theme as now they are all too large. Any idea how to solve this?
