   I am using the Barthelme 4.6.1 theme:

   on this site running WordPress 2.8.4:

   http://www.worcesterdance.org/

   In Internet Explorer 6-8, the body falls below the navbar, like this:

   when it should look like this:

   http://www.gamebits.net/screens/3ea502fc3fca04202038364372d4135a.jpg

   Given that I'm not a CSS expert, I've tried everything I can think of to correct this issue, all to no avail. Can anyone suggest a working solution?

   You have a number of validation errors on your pages that may affect cross-browser display.
