    Hello.
    1)Unfortunately the manual bank transfer is not supported yet. Sorry. It’s will be available in the future updates. And right now we do not provide the personal customization because of no free time.
    2) I am not sure that understood correctly your question. The ID of booking is created for the each booking. You can see it in the booking listing page at the left side of each booking.
