ban user's email from commenting

    hello
    i want to ban an email address which keeps sending me spam comment
    i listed in the dashboard – discussions so it goes to spam
    but this time i want that person to see the message ” Your banned” or ” you can not send comment any more” when he/she tried to comment with that email or website?
    is that even possible?
