    Hi Valcsi,

The Ban menu is for security. You can use it to block a specific IP or user that votes too many times.

If you want to ban multiple votes, go to All Polls and in the menu that appears when you drag your mouse over a poll, click on Edit.

In the Other Options section you have Blocking Voters. You can choose to block them by Cookie, by IP, by Username or by Cookie and IP.

    YOP Team

Why is there a block 30 as the default. Why 30, confused about that.

    Hi RonDsy,

There is no particular reasons why it’s set at 30 days as the default.
You can adjust it to your needs and change the interval to seconds, minutes or hours.

    Best wishes,

    YOP Team

I am confused what is being blocked.

    Hi Ron,

You can use the “Blocking Voters” option to prevent multiple voting.
For example, if you choose to block by username for a 30 days interval, then users will be able to vote on the same poll only once every 30 days.

If you want the users to vote only once for a specific poll, you can increase the interval from 30 days to 9999 days.

    Best regards,

    YOP team

    Hi YourOwnProgrammer,

Thank you for that explanation. My confusion was that I did not see the option to: “Vote Once.”
