Ban List not working

I have the list setup, I have IP groups set up.
108.64.*.*
178.33.*.*
180.76.*.*
180.77.*.*
180.78.*.*
180.79.*.*
37.59.*.*
42.62.*.*
66.197.*.*

Yet I’m still getting spam comments from those block.
