4.0 Beta: Blank page on admin and Fatal error

    Hallo,
    I partecipate to testing program, I have WordPress 4.0-beta1-20140712.
    When I open my website, I see a blank page, and than when I reload it, my site appear.
    But the admin not appear.
    Log file report this error:
    [01-Aug-2014 06:41:52 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Class ‘WP_Http_Encoding’ not found in /home/yqvqouqs/testing/wp-includes/class-http.php on line 257

    what can I do?
