Are the words in your post/page content? In the template files? Coming from other sites?

If it's in your content, you can set up a filter on 'the_content' and remove any unwanted words that way.

If it's in the template files, you have ot edit the files to remove them.

If its coming from some other site then you need to either filter it when it arrives at your site or stop using that data feed.

If it's somewhere else, we'll have ot know more before we can offer any suggestions.

You can easily find out where these words are searching for your website on Google with the word that you want to find. The search engine will display all pages where such word is.
