    Hello,

My website is hosted with Hostica running apache linux server.
    Php version:- 5.2

Everything is running fine but there is one issue.
Everytime when i try to update permalinks
    It says
    Error 400: Bad Request
Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.

.htaccess is already there on root. and it has file permission 644.

    Can anyone help?

    Looking for quick response.

    Thanks
    navi

Try asking your hosts for assistance. You need to ask about the mod_rewrite module.

yes i have already contacted the host.
they already enable the mod_rewrite module.
But i still got the same error.

No - other than it's a server issue, not a WordPress one.

So what exactly the server issue.?
What should i told them? so that they can resolve?
Is there anything related to files/folder permissions?

    Thanks
    James

From what I can tell, the server thinks that your browser is sending it mangled data.
