Bad Photo Insert

I was iserting a photo in visual mode and noticed that I had inserted into a h1 header. Took it out and republished. However my navigation and categories are all scrambled. I know if this was a html page I could hunt down the problem. A little lost in php. Could any one help with this? Jim http://www.carpetingatlanta.com
