Bad markup

    Both Google and Facebook are showing social sharing button labels in my descriptions like this:
    FacebookTwitterGoogle+ViadeoLinkedInDiggStumbleUponWeiboE-mail
    I am using Juiz Social Post Sharer plugin for WordPress (Creative Juiz<contact@creativejuiz.com>;) together with WordPress SEO by Yoast.
    You can test it this way:
    1) go to Facebook
    2) Enter the URL http://www.top10select.com/top-10-blog/ in your status box.
    3) See that the description shows up as:
    10 Facts About RihannaPosted on February 4, 2013 by Jim BellReplyShare the post “10 Facts About Rihanna”FacebookTwitterGoogle+ViadeoLinkedInDiggStumbleUponWeiboE-mailDid you know these 10 facts about Rihanna?
