BackUpWordPress stopped working without error messaged

    Hi!

    BackUpWordPress used to work fine, until I started missing the confirmation emails. I removed and then re-installed the pluging. I can make manual backups, but it just won’t run automatically anymore as it used to.

    I am not getting any error messages either, so I am clueless as to what is happening. I hope you can help!

    [Edit :] I just noticed a message: “Finishing Backup”, which seems to indicate it is still working on the previous backup, which is the database backup from last night…

    BTW: I turned my WordPress installation into a multisite installation a couple of days ago. However, before that BackUpWordPress had already stopped working.

    [Edit 2 :] Strange thing just happened: without me changing anything, last night’s backup now appeared in the list of backups with yesterday’s date and the time 11pm.
    So, it looks like it does finish the backup, but takes a long time… I still haven’t received a backup notification. Hope this helps clarify the problem somehow.

    It’s a pity this doesn’t get answered. I’m going to have to let go of BackUpWordPress, since it still does not work…

    gmakor,

    Are you using the latest version of the plugin?

    Also have you tried uninstalling the plugin by clicking on the uninstall link from the plugins page and then re-installing it?
