   somehow i have managed to corrupt my templates for
   page-full.php
   single.php

   could somebody please direct me to somewhere where i can download a new copy

   Try asking ThemeShift if this is a paid theme. or do you still have the download file from them?

   I am trying so hard not to say it, but I can't resist, do you have a backup of your site? If not now might be a good time to make one.
