Backup email sent but no attachment

With the database setup for setup for weekly backups emailed to me, I do get the email saying that the backup file is attached… but it isn’t.

If I do a manual backup in the BWPS settings, I get the “Database Backup Completed” message at the top of the page but get the same email with no file.

It looks like the last email I received that did have the attachment was just over two weeks ago… any idea why it would stop working?
