Backup download error

    I have just done a backup of my blog and when I click on the zip file to copy it on to my pc I get this error message;
    Not Found

    The requested URL /wp-content/plugins/wp-backitup/backups/Lords Gifts | Wine & Champagne Gifts | Christmas Hampers UK-Export-2013-06-07-1041.zip was not found on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
    Apache/2.4.4 (Unix) Server at blog.lordsgifts.co.uk Port 80

    Please could you help?

    Hi Julie,

    Sorry for the delay. It’s likely that this problem is due to the special characters in your site’s name being incompatible as a URL.

    Another user reported a similar problem with Italian characters so I’m working on a fix now. This will be deployed in version 1.4.1.
