   Hello

   I need to backup and entire WordPress site, including images and restoring it on a new server along with the images.

   What would be the best way of accomplishing that?

   Is this linux with cpanel if so then you can make full backup and restore on new server

   I don't have access to it, only the wordpress admin portion.

   If you do not have access to server or ftp then how would you download images.

   I'm trying to get access to the FTP and server.

   Is it conceivable to download all the wordpress files (ie wp-content, wp-includes, etc...) and upload them all to my new server and update the wp-config file? Will that work?

   Yes that will work and then you will need to export your data from older server and import them in new server By Going to Tools

   SO in order to backup an entire site one must back up the database file and all the wp folders etc.?

   When you full backup then you will have everything backed up
