Background Image Upload Issue

    Could not add background image
    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/13/7969113/html/wp-content/plugins/website-components/components/background-switcher/form.edit.background.php:43) in /home/content/13/7969113/html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 896

    This is the error I get. Do I need to install a new plugin to upload new ones? I wouldn’t think I should as the theme I use has a space for me to swap out preloaded images.
