I just uploaded ground floor 2.1 theme to replace my old theme on my website http://yourgreenflooring.com The background image of the wood planks dont show all I see is a solid white background. How do I get the image from the themes preview to display?

    Thank you

Does the theme have an option to add a custom background? If not, you can generally do that in the CSS code -- but in that case, you'll want to use a child theme or custom CSS option or plug-in so your changes are not lost when you update the theme.

You might also want to email the developer via his site:

I contacted the developer directly and found I was not using the latest version of wordpress once I updated there was an option on the dashboard to customize and upload a background image.

I'm glad we sorted this out, and my apologies for not responding to this thread earlier.
