How do I fit a background image to the entire screen? My site is only uploading patterns of the image in small squares. I also cannot upload files saved in PhotoShop. What are the required specs to upload/why are CS3 files considered a security threat?

Use the CSS background-repeat Property to repeat your background image, or size your image to fit the background and align it accordingly. Usually the larger the image, the slower the load, so huge background images can really take a toll on performance.
What are the required specs to upload/why are CS3 files considered a security threat?
Are you trying to upload and display a .psd file as a background? Try converting it to .gif .png or .jpg first.
