I just update WP 3.3 to my current site and everything seems to be ok, except for the fact that my background is GONE. I can try to change the color and even uploading an image and nothing happens. I'm using the theme "MAGZIMUS" so if anybody can help we with is, I'd appreciate it.

There are literally thousands of WordPress themes - which means that many people won't be familiar with your particular theme. So a link to your site where people can see the theme might result in more responses.
