    Hi

    I hope someone can help me here because I'm about ready to pull my hair out. I've been creating my own WP theme and things have gone great and I'm just about done but my last job is to change the background colour of the login page.

    Well I've looked EVERYWHERE and I know I must be missing something, it shouldn't be this hard ... but anyway I've looked in the following locations:-

    /wp-login.php
    /wp-admin/wp-admin.css
    /wp-content/themes/default/style.css
    /wp-content/themes/home/style.css

    PLEASE can someone help, I've tried just about everyting I can think of and I'm about ready to pull my hair out.

    I'm not wanting anyone to "hold my hand" ... after all I've worked out everything else I needed to, I just can't fathom where to change the page colour.

    Thanks in advance for your help and time in replying

    The *login* page is an administrative page - it's *not* part of the theme files. The stylesheets for that are in /wordpress/wp-admin.

    @doodlebee

    Thanks so much, can't think why I couldn't find it before - I'd been through that file with a fine tooth comb but you know what they say about not being able to see the wood for the trees :)

    Anyway, all sorted now, thanks again for your help :D
