Backend seems to keep loading constantly

I have three sites all with the same plugins on the same shared host. On one of them, in the backend, the admin bar seems different(number notifications are under the bar, not it in) and every page will seemingly load correctly, but the browser scollbar will continually shrink as if it’s loading more info on the bottom of the page.

Only happens in Chrome and only on this one site.
