Backend is Blank – No 'error' message

    UPDATE – I’m one step closer. I can now access the backend login, but when I enter my login info, I get the blank page again. When I try to order a product (shopping cart), I get the blank page as well.

    Anybody know what’s going on?

    Blank (white) screen may mean you’ve been blocked from the website.

    One of the possible cause is you have enabled the Change wp-content Directory feature and it is not compatible with your other plugins.

    If what I guess is correct, you what need to do are:

    1. Gain access to your backend

    2. Fix the 404 Error Issue
    Many things can cause 404 errors, one of them is one of many of the plugin are not compatible with Change wp-content Directory feature.
