Hi there,
I have a client looking for a backend system for his WordPress site that would allow for tracking of all correspondence between him and his customers/visitors. This system would need to also track any uploads the customer/visitor sends, etc.
Are there any plugins you can recommend for this sort of thing? I'm not sure if it's a CRM or something else that he's after here.
