Backdoor theme tweak?

    I’m using a woocommerce theme called Wootique.

    It’s admin end is not showing plugin organizer when editing pages and posts. It won’t let me set up filters either.

    Is there a hook or add_action line that I can add into functions.php that will enable Plugin Organizer?

    My status is that PO shows up as an installed plugin and the global settings panel can be used. It just does not appear in the options when I edit a page/post.
