Tried backing up to my pc. It said back up complete but I can't find it on my pc. I do not think it completed the back up. How can you check the back up has been completed? Where does it store the back up on your pc? There does not seem to be a browse facility and so how can you designate where you want the back up to be on your pc?

Do you need some special software installed on your pc to make it work and store it?

Posted 2 years ago #I have now tried email back up, so backed up via email back to me. Received the email with the back up attachment and saved on my pc. The attachment was only 146kb which seems light to me?
