   Hello there, just wondering how I would go about backing up my site?
   If one of you lovely people could tell me in a really simple way how to do this it'd make me happy.

   I've visited that link before but I couldn't really get anything off it.
   I know it's a lot to ask but would you be able to put in bulletpoint form the instructions I'd need to follow?

   basically - back up wp-content folder, wp-config.php and .htaccess from wordpress files

   back up database frequently either through phpmyadmin or with a plugin
   http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-db-backup/
