Back-Up Files–Export option opens "Logic" program

Trying to download updated theme to my site (first time I have backed-up my website) per following instructions: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OFCIga474Xc&feature=plcp

Every time I go to:
> Tools
> Export > All

the program, “Logic” (music-editing software), opens. Not the “local-hosting WP” window.

Does anyone know why this is, and how I can circumvent this in order to back-up my site?
