   Hi !All,
   I am having problem for new and back date posts not showing up in homepage.
   This issue suddenly appeared after wp 2.8 upgrade. But i managed to restore my database and downgraded to wp 2.7.1.
   Now since i have restored most of the settings back these 2 problems are still haunting me..

   Any help...??

   Did you get a change to deactivate plugins? One of them could have been the culprit.

   Switched off all active plugins, still the same issue..

   Had done this earlier too.

   However, new posts are appering in 'Recent Posts' sidebar widget,Feeds section and in search results.

   Thanks ! Michael.....this problem is certainly Theme related. I checked with other themes everything seems perfectly well...how did the theme break? ...anyway this is not the issue and the problem is now resolved .

   Hurricane WP 2.8 is finally over .
