• I have both – this plugin and their main product . Both have not been updated and support is non existent .

    Just awful overall experience .

    Update – Several days of asking for support to no avail . Mind you that I have the paid version !!!!

    All attempts to touch base has been a failure . The appear to have stopped any and all efforts to provide support .

    Its parent company Keynetics Inc. is not responding either .

    This appears to be a product no longer supported by its creator . Not sure why WordPress.org is still allowing this to be on its site .

    The saga continues … now getting “Error: Error during unzipping:”

    mymarketingfile, I am sorry for your frustration.

    I have reviewed our contacts through cbengine, through our ClickBank support tickets, through our support ticket system, and have found nothing with this member name. All these support forums are reviewed every business day as they have higher levels of activity than this WordPress.org forum. In addition Keynetics is actually the parent company of ClickBank, which manages our product sales, so they are not associated with CBPRESS except that it is one of the thousands of products that ClickBank sells. If you were trying to contact them about our product, in any manner except through their receipt support ticket system, that would explain the disconnect.

    Your error during unzipping above should have more specific information following that statement which is essential to our troubleshooting process – a guess right now would be that a library we require on our plugin is not enabled on your hosting platform, but we would need the detailed error statement to know for sure. Please provide specific error message to our support system at http://support.cbpress.com and we can get back with your specific issue there.

    I have the same issue … Can I use the same method to get back support .
